Latter Assist

Our latter assist program is one of the most advanced in the business. We custom tailor to our clients needs whether it’s providing a two-story ladder for an adjuster or property owner or conducting an intensive inspection accompanied by a full report of condition and damages. We have level III xactimate adjusters and highly trained professionals to accommodate the most sophisticated of circumstances.

Some of the highlights of our Latter Assist Program include:

• Direct personal assistance to adjusters to access any roofing structure. All of our reps operate in a timely and professional manner.

• Photo assistance provided for the adjuster if requested. All Damages are properly photographed and documented.

• Test Squares are marked and photographed if required. All staff are trained to identify wind and Hail damage and correctly mark off damage inside of a 10×10 area on a roof.

• All accessories on a roofing structure are photographed and properly identified within a sketch of the property provided by one of the companies providing satellite imagery and measurements.

• All photos and diagrams provided by our skilled professionals are easily accessible and emailed directly to the adjuster for the claim.
