Roof identification

When dealing with commercial and residential roofing there are many different types of products and installations, furthermore damages can manifest themselves in different ways for each product. The most important part is first documenting what type of system is in use.

Damages can be as obvious as a hailstone creating a hole in the membrane of a structure to light impact marks affecting the underlayment and integrity of the roofing material which can barely be seen by the untrained eye. Analysis report:

We provide A detailed report giving approximate age and condition of the structure and note any areas that may need attention or have been affected by any Peril whether storm or maintenance related.
